End User License Agreement (EULA) for GG-Party

This End User License Agreement („EULA“) is a legal agreement between you („Player“) and GoraGames („Provider“) regarding the use of the video game GG-Party („Game“). By installing or using the Game, you agree to the following terms:

1. License

  • You are granted the right to install and play the Game on your device.

  • This license is personal, non-transferable, and for private, non-commercial use only.

2. Restrictions

  • You may not sell, rent, lend, or distribute the Game.

  • You are not allowed to copy, modify, hack, or reuse any part of the Game.

  • Reverse engineering, decompiling, or bypassing protection mechanisms is strictly prohibited.

3. Ownership

  • All rights to the Game, including graphics, music, code, and trademarks, remain the exclusive property of GoraGames.

  • This EULA does not transfer ownership; it only grants a license to use the Game.

4. Liability

  • The Game is provided „as is.“

  • GoraGames shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use of the Game, except in cases of intent or gross negligence.

5. Updates and Changes

  • GoraGames may update, modify, or discontinue the Game at any time.

  • This EULA may also be updated or modified.

6. Termination

  • This license will automatically terminate if you breach these terms.

  • Upon termination, you must uninstall and delete the Game from your device.
