Privacy Policy for Helion Conflict

GoraGames („we,“ „our,“ „us“) values your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information is processed when you play Helion Conflict („Game“) on PC or on PlayStation®5, how it is used, and how it is protected. Helion Conflict works fully offline against computer opponents; the processing described in sections 1 to 4 only takes place when you use the online features.
1. Online Services We Use
The online features of the Game run on Epic Online Services (EOS), provided by Epic Games, Inc. and Epic Games International S.à r.l. EOS processes the data below on our behalf. Epic's own privacy policy applies to that processing: epicgames.com/site/privacypolicy.
You sign in with the account of your platform (Steam on PC, PlayStation™Network on PlayStation®5). Your platform account itself is managed by that platform; we never see your password or payment details.
2. Information Processed When You Play Online
- Account identifiers: an EOS product user ID linked to your platform account ID, and the display name of that account (on PlayStation®5 your Online ID).
- Lobby and session data: the lobbies you host or join, the name shown in the lobby, your team and color, and whether your lobby can be joined by friends (presence).
- Invitations: invitations you send or receive through the Game or through your platform.
- Network data: to connect players, your connection (including your IP address) is relayed through EOS or, on a local network, sent directly to the other players.
- Text chat: messages you write in a lobby or match are sent to the other players of that session. We do not store them.
- Voice chat: if you use voice chat, your voice is transmitted in real time through EOS to the other players of your session. It is not recorded or stored by us.
- Match statistics: counters of your wins, losses and surrendered matches, stored with EOS Stats so they can be shown to you in the Game.
- Player reports: if you report another player, the report (your account ID, the reported account ID, the reason and an optional message) is sent to us through EOS so that we can review it.
3. Purpose of Processing
We process this information only to provide the online features you use (lobbies, matches, invitations, chat, voice chat, statistics), to keep the online community safe (player reports), and to fix problems. We do not use it for advertising, we do not sell it, and we do not build profiles.
4. Your Controls
- You can play the Game entirely offline.
- You can mute other players in voice chat, and use push-to-talk or turn voice chat off in the settings.
- On PlayStation®5, the parental controls and the block list of your PlayStation™Network account apply to chat, voice chat, invitations, names and profile pictures in the Game.
5. Data Stored on Your Device
Your settings, replays of your matches and, on PC, the maps you create are stored locally on your device. Maps you choose to publish on PC are shared through the Steam Workshop under Valve's terms.
6. Analytics and Tracking
The Game does not use analytics or advertising services and does not track you.
7. Data Access and Retention
Only authorized team members of GoraGames can access player reports and statistics in the EOS developer portal. Statistics are kept as long as the online features of the Game are operated; reports are kept only as long as needed to handle them.
8. Your Rights
You have the right to access, rectify and erase your personal data, to restrict or object to its processing, and to data portability, as set out in the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
