End User License Agreement (EULA)
This End User License Agreement („EULA“) is a legal agreement between you („Player“) and GoraGames („Provider“) regarding the use of the video game Helion Conflict („Game“). By installing or using the Game, you agree to the following terms. If you obtained the Game through a platform store (for example Steam or PlayStation™Store), that platform's terms of service apply in addition.
1. License
You are granted the right to install and play the Game on your device.
This license is personal, non-transferable, and for private, non-commercial use only.
2. Restrictions
You may not sell, rent, lend, or distribute the Game.
You are not allowed to copy, modify, hack, or reuse any part of the Game.
Reverse engineering, decompiling, cheating tools, or bypassing protection mechanisms are strictly prohibited.
3. Online Conduct
When you play online, you agree not to harass, threaten or abuse other players, not to use offensive names, and not to cheat. We may act on player reports, including by restricting access to the online features.
4. Ownership
All rights to the Game, including graphics, music, code, and trademarks, remain the exclusive property of GoraGames.
This EULA does not transfer ownership; it only grants a license to use the Game.
5. Liability
The Game is provided „as is.“
GoraGames shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use of the Game, except in cases of intent or gross negligence.
6. Updates and Changes
GoraGames may update, modify, or discontinue the Game or its online features at any time.
This EULA may also be updated or modified.
7. Termination
This license will automatically terminate if you breach these terms.
Upon termination, you must uninstall and delete the Game from your device.
